We make a big deal out of breakfast. It is included free with our lodge room bookings. Our food has such a great reputation that we had to come up with a way to feed our glamping guests. Thus was born the option of a hot breakfast basket for our outdoor Glampers.
Every morning breakfast starts with our homemade yogurt (made from goat's milk in the summer) with fruit and homemade granola. Coffee, Tea, Juice and a selection of espresso drinks are offered. Gina & Darcy are expert baristas and make killer coffee drinks from a wide and varied coffee menu. Try the guest favorite Goat's milk caramel macchiato if you will!
Next up is one of our hot specialties which might include: Egg's Benedict, Vegetarian and chevre frittata, Huevo's Ranchero's, Monte Cristo Panini Breakfast Sandwiches, French Toast, etc. Pastries fresh out of the oven accompany our savory breakfast entrees.
All of our breakfasts are prepared with as many local and farm fresh ingredients including: Fresh chicken and duck eggs, fresh goat's milk, goat cheese and goat yogurt, herbs, vegetables and fruits from our greenhouses.
Meat is served on the side so there are always options for our vegetarian guests. Gluten Free? Not a problem. We aim to please most all food preferences, please just let us know a bit in advance of your dietary restrictions.
